I think Tye made it clear in his single post that he would be with family and friends for the holidays and would not even be looking at these posts.
I think we need to let this period go by before we further demonize him as to his disinterest and see if he responds once he is back.

Not being antgonistic but it does seem as if the situation has been well mulled over and with Mr. Parks refusal to add any further information to this thread which may shed any different light on the situation I think nobody sees any different scenario right now, hence, NOBODY else is offering any counterpoint, not because of fear of ridicule but because there just does not appear to be one!

That is your opinion. and I can respect that, but I do not agree with you. I am getting insulted for every post, and receiving neg. rep. points from the king. Why would anyone want to subject themselves to that? huh?? I guess we will see how it plays out in court...

I didn't attack you. I simple stated the suggestion that Casey was bought and paid for after three posters alluded to it was garbage. I asked you to look at how you were treated when your opinion went against the majority of posters. I believe your reaction and statements confirms that you were treated harshly at points, doesn't it?

I agree whole heartledy, I have a friend whose father went through a divorce, some paperwork was ignored, and he LOST his $400,000 home to an attorney who had a lien on it over $65,000 owed.

If someone donates a prize to a raffle, then refuses to award that prize and plays semantic games with the legitimate winner, it doesn't seem to me that he has any right to be offended when the winner objects and feels that she's being scammed.

The next court date is in February and I'll let the judge decide what is right.

I think that silence on the part of Mr. Park is a wise choice, at least for now. They both have a pending court date still. There is a counter claim for what appears to be harassment and damages to Mr. Park's reputation via Michelle's online posting. Right or wrong, Michelle has just handed Mr. Park's attorney an additional 36+ pages worth of her sprinkled comments as evidence to use in their counterclaim.

Again, right or wrong, when this is done, it wouldn't surprise me to see both win their individual claims.

As has been stated many times in the BOI, that an attorney would advise silence until court is heard.
This of course is usually mostly bluff and bravado from the numbers who "claim" they are going to court so we see their responses again and again.
In this instance these pair are truly in court with pending court dates so I take back my suggestion that Ty may be arrogant in NOT posting any further, he would simply be doing what any half way decent attorney would have advised him to do.
Sorry to not have considered that, guess a little too used to mostly being all blow and no go when it comes to claims of attorneys...lol.

It is not difficult, and some courts do not even charge additional filing fees. Joining parties is encouraged because it unclogs dockets, since the issue is taken care of all at one time.
I suspect that the lawyers for Ty and the IRCF are reading this thread even if they are not responding, they may have already planned this.

In order to do this do we have to be a part of Ty's "fakebook posse". Do we have to be apart of his reptile god cult? These are the responses that I received to my early posts. I had a good laugh. I've posted under 100 times in 7 years and have had a Facebook account for a couple of months that I rarely use. I don't follow anyone. I simply respect Ty Park's (and the IRCF) contribution to a hobby that I enjoy. Period. Why respond to these BOI threads just to be abused?

Let the court handle it. That's what I'd do at this point.

It shouldn't matter if people agreed with you or didn't on how the contact went with getting the tegu sent out.

So while it's perfectly ok, IMHO, to rebut those posts, point out alternative conclusions, or just flat out disagree, it's against everyone's best interests to try and shut people up when they don't agree with them.

For example, I disagree with Casey's conclusions regarding Ty, but I respect his right to post his opinions and thoughts on this matter. As long as a person is posting respectfully and not things like, "you're a lying #$$#$" (as someone did earlier in the thread) then I don't think they should be personally attacked with insinuations that they are taking bribes to post in Ty's favor (not to single you out, Casey, but you are a good example of someone posting a dissenting opinion without resorting to insults).

From my perspective ...
I don't agree, with you, in that Ty is being drug through the mud, per se, (esp. without cause) and certainly do not agree that he should be admired (though he may have done some good things) but at least you recognize that he has made a mistake.
As far as I am concerned, I don't care how you, personally, feel about Ty (as long as there is no attempt for that opinion to be forced, upon me, to be mine ). All that matters (for me) is that you recognize he has erred, in this case, and should rectify it.

As for the "Ty paying you" comment, it appears bothersome to you but, I do not believe that you are being paid for any support of Ty. Am sure there are others who have the same belief as I do.
