To add.. The time span between the two of you using the same is that you had the same back on August 18 when you posted an ad. "CURRENT VENOMOUS INVENTORY & PRICES" It hasn't been the same since and doesn't appear to be the same before.

Dennis, Thank you so much. I think you just solved the case for us I remember making that post from the computer at ERJ back in August when I just copy and pasted the ERJ excel pricelist. So what I am now understanding is that the MambaKeeper post was done from THAT computer and NOT my computer (which I am using now to post this). Dan and I just discussed this new bit of info over the phone, and I will now take it up with the owners and staff of ERJ to make sure it does not continue.

Well we need to talk as I don't understand any of this? I mean Ray has a computer at his house and one at work and are you saying that MambaKeepers post came from the computer at work? Time has nothing to do with it as there are other people who have access to the work computer and such so that is why I asked to speak with you on this issue because when you use the you and other terms, I am not sure if you are talking to me or Ray on the issue?

Dan, I just got off the phone with Andy (co-owner of ERJ). I informed him of this incident, and of the probability of the employee we discussed making these posts. He was unaware of it, but assured me that he would have a word with him (J.T.) and would put a stop to it immediately. Thank you for bringing it to my attention last night, and working with me today to resolve the problem. I will appologize to you on behalf of him (J.T.) and Andy expresses his sincere appology as well.

And I noticed that Joe kid on that other thread works at ERJ and he does not even know me but made some comments that were like Mambakeepers. I think I saw the kid twice in the last 4 months.

Actually that DOES NOT answer the question at all....It only makes it more confussing and proves that the ISP means NOTHING. I was at Ricky's Real Estate office yesterday when he typed his posts on the other thread. I have NO access to Ricky's computer at his office, and I made the August post from one of the computers at ERJ. So if the computer at Ricky's brokerage office (20 miles away from ERJ facility) shows the same ISP as one of the ERJ computers than it proves absolutely nothing at all. Obviosly ISP means NOTHING and this is getting rather old. We figured out what was happining in terms of one of ERJ's employees making posts to or about Dan and Mike, and we put an immediate stop to it. WE are going to move on now, but anyone who wishes to linger and wallow in the messes of the past may do so.

The post I linked came from bellsouth and was the same. Which was his first post. The rest of his posts came from comcast later in the day. You can look at the post time on the one I linked and decide if you were there or not.

Yes, we now know that. I guess I was not being clear enough. We have learned that one of our staff at ERJ has been making those posts. He has addmitted that, and we have made certain that it will not happen again. That is why Ricky and I were suggesting that the bogus posts be removed, but I understand your position on that as well. BTW- Ricky does use comcast from his home, and bellsouth at his office and ERJ, and I have bellsouth at my home and office.I really do appreciate all your help in resolving this issue, and it is totally resolved, and I have been in constant touch with Dan Scolaro in an effort to keep him updated, as he is currently banned.

Bob Sloan on Fauna that use two dozen aliases and many different company names and even copyrighted photos of reputable companies. So how many hundreds of people have complained about him here, and the site with all the proof in the world has not turned him in to authorities????? If someone murders someone, and they even tell you they did it, you're considered an accomplice and go to prison. If this site has 1000 complaints on someone but expects them to look back 10 years in their BOI section to protect themself. Then I see the site as partially responsible for letting the thief continue to rip off more people.

If you have read more than a few BOI threads you will see that sometimes new information can entirely change the perception of guilt/innocence. That happens all the time, and there are those also who make allegations with no proof, smearing someone's name, and leave. (Hit and runs).
The moderators and owner of the site would put themselves at grave legal risk by judging guilt/innocence while in moderator/owner roles, and especially if they then chose to punish one of the parties by removing them for their business actions rather than in other situations, administer permissible consequences for violating site rules. (There are sites who ban people based on their alleged business practices, and the management of these sites are taking a risk)
Instead, one can read the BOI. If you see 1,000 complaints and choose to do business with the person, or worse, if you decided you aren't going to check at all, and later find info that would have helped you in the threads here, that is on you. This site is not going to put you in a high chair and put a bib on you and spoon feed you.

I hate to step around Robert's admonition about taking this to the Feedback Forum, but I seriously doubt this will happen and you pose an interesting dilemma that should be addressed. So tell me Mr. Bryant, if you were running this site, how would you handle Robert Sloan and his multitude of false identities? What is it that you expect this site to do for YOU? And whatever that task may be, why would it be this site's responsibility instead of yours?
