Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I’m not married. U must have me confused with someone else you scammed with this bar and switch. However, it’s good that you’re showing everyone your true colors by trying trying to drag the idea of a spouse into this topic. This is between us, no one else. And how can you argue with the pix I provided? We agreed on a pic ID of the animal and genetics. U sent me a different snake from the pic we agreed on. How can you argue with that. Just man up and own your mistake. Stop with the attacks.
 
For the record, the PayPal dispute he posted is not the case number. That one he showed was canceled because they did two for me when I called them. But one of them didn’t apply to this situation so it was canceled. This is the current dispute.

I tried handing it between u and me. Look at our messages. I felt honored we were joking around as two military guys making a deal. But u sent the wrong snake and then debated it with me saying it was the same one in the pic. So I asked some of my more well known breeders friends. They agreed it wasn’t the same snake. And please don’t tell me we only agreed on genetics. That’s a lie. U even tagged me in the pic and I showed u in messenger. Then u said, yes. U left me no choice but to dispute this. But in no way am I attacking u. I am providing the facts of our situation. “We agreed on a snake, u sent a different one from the pic ID.” Why couldn’t u just apologize and say u weren’t thinking clear. Then I would have said, ok. I get it. Right out of the hospital. Simple mistake. But u kept debating it with me as if I was wrong. That’s not right man. You’re wrong for that.
 
I don’t know about any snake serial number. U didn’t provide any paper work with the snake. We agreed on a picture ID. U tagged me in it. U said it’s the only one u had. Check the pic above from our messenger conversation.
 
You got THE snake YOU paid for, end of story.... if you want your money back you can send the snake back and I will gladly refund your payment and sell it to someone who knows what they want when they agree to make a purchase...

I would like to. PayPal advised me to sit tight until it is resolved.
I am sure once the dispute is final, that would be the logical thing to do.

But u keep going back to “I didn’t know what I want.” I got THE snake that I paid for. The snake in the pic doesn’t match what u sent me. U are still blaming me. That doesn’t make sense. I wanted the snake in the pic we agreed on. U keep deflecting from that part of the topic. Everyone agrees they don’t match.
 
Even after you sent GotBoas the wrong snake he has still been nothing but respectful and just trying to work it out with you. Everytime he asks you the simple questions of why the snakes don't match you dodge the question. If you are saying maybe its because you were in the hospital and heavily medicated i suggest you look back and read the conversation you guys had. He even said all you had to do was apologize and own up to your mistake.

It sounds like you are desperately trying to divert attention away from the basic issue, which is that this buyer paid quite a bit of $ for a snake and you sent the wrong snake.

Do you still have the snake that the two of you agreed was the subject of the sale or did you sell it? My guess, from the attitude you are showing, is that you sold that snake.

It is good that the buyer is taking time to post here and elsewhere. As is constantly repeated here, the measure of a seller is how they do when there is an issue. You are not handling this issue well, the diverting tactics are not working, and if you will act in this unprofessional way toward this buyer, readers realize that you might do the same to them if they should choose to purchase from you and then have a problem.
 
You should really try reading the ad, it states that individual pics are located at the link provided. This was posted quite a while back.

You should look up the word 'slander'. It does not include opinions, and a defense to a slander charge is showing that the statement given is true.
I do have some experience here, and it seems to me that Good Guys don't throw around words like 'slander' that they have not looked up.

And you are still avoiding my question by diverting attention. Do you still have the agreed upon snake? We know what you sent him, the wrong snake. I'm asking where the right one is.
 
The attached SS shows the snake that is in the messages posted, it is definitely not the one that was shipped and received by Chas.

Chas, please post a full body picture of the snake you received.
