    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I've noticed a few ads these guys have on some sites and I was wondering if anyone has dealt with them?

I HAVE BEEN ACCUSED OF A COUPLE THINGS IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS.SOME OF THEM I AM GUILTY AS CHARGED.IN THE BEGINING THERE WERE A FEW THINGS THAT I NEEDED TO LEARN, IN 6 MONTHS OF OWNING THIS ACCOUNT. I HAVE OVER A HUNDRED SATISFIED CUSTOMERS, AND A HANDFUL UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS.ONE OF THE RULES OF BEING IN ANY MARKET IS THAT YOUR SATISFIED CUSTOMER MAY TELL 1 PERSON AND YOUR DIS-SATISFIED CUSTOMERS TELL 4 - 7 PEOPLE. THE ONLY REASON WHY I AM RESPONDING TO THIS IS BECAUSE I AM BEING WRONGLY ACCUSE OF SELLING A DIFFERENT REPTILE. :hot: THE PANTHER CHAMELEON YOU RECIEVED WAS THE ONE IN THE PICTURE AND I BELIEVE IT IS A LITTLE LATE TO START COMPLANING ABOUT IT NOW.YOU EMAILED US SAYING "THAT THEY WERE NICE CHAMELEONS THANKS ISAAC FIELDS" THERE WAS NOT ONE COMPLANT FROM YOU.IF YOU WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CHAMELEONS YOU SHOULD OF LET US KNOW A MONTH 1/2 AGO.WHEN YOU RECIEVED THEM.
BY THE WAY THE HEATING PACK WAS PLACED BETWEEN THE TWO CUPS I PACKED IT MYSELF.

Mike when 2 posts out of 2 say negative things, probably it is not good to get on this board and begin arguing. You do not sound like someone I would buy from; but in any case instead of quarrelling with your customers, perhaps it might be better policy to come on here and show everone how much you care about each sale by trying to amend whatever it was that upset your customers.

Actualy Their Has Been Three Post On Here Aboout Me And My Company 2 Of Them I Would Like To Correct But One Was Actualy Very Nice. I Dont Use This Very Often So You Would Have To Find It.

I Have Talked To One Of The Gentle Men On The Last Post. Mr James Wilson. A Very Nice Man . I Believe We Have Settled It Between The Two Of Us. Like Men He Heard My Voice And I Heard His Voice. This Way Is Much Better Instead Of This Talking Through Computers Were You Cant Tell If Some One Is Realy Sincere.

I haven't delt with them personally, but a friend of mine bought black tailed cribos........... 1 male and 1 female .......... both where guaranteed feeders but the female did not eat even once. My friend contacted them immediately and they said that he could send the snake back and they would try to get it to feed, my friend didn't want to send the snake back because he was afraid that he would never see it again, and be out the money.... he didn't want to take the risk. SpeciesUS should have offered to let him send the snake back for a different one, or a refund. Based on this experience I would not deal with them.

I did'nt mean to cause any problems. I'm new to buying animals on the internet. I have talked with SpeciesUS through e-mail and they have been very helpful and friendly with me. I went ahead and ordered from them. I agree with what Mike said above its hard to tell whether people are sincere on the net I would rather talk with people in person.

If you remember your pic..it was a beautiful Nosey be...what i recieved was a half frozen chameleon...with fluids pooring out of its tiny nostrils..NO HEAT PACK!

ALSO THE PIC SHOWED A HEALTHY VIBRANT CHAM!
The cham I recieved eyes were sunk in! starved half to death,boney with a nipped tail! I would post a recent pic, BUT HE'S DEAD....

Why did I not return the animal? HOW, you never answered your E-mails..would /should I send an animal back to you when I will never see anything back......

Why dont you bring up your add at Kingsnake..were you posted the animals..never did you[in the original post state that the females were an unknown breed]..
Then after I bought a fem and a male from you you post 2 females 1 gravid for sale ''UNKNOWN ORIGIN''... Very classy dude!

They offered to take the snake back and get it to start feeding, so its hard to wrong them in that situation. If they would have refused to do anything with it then i would say they are in the wrong but your friend didnt even give them the chance.

Can you even come up with a excuse for those two cane toads, one missing two limbs and the other arriving dead. Make things right with this person. Its worth it to save your reputation.

Your 100% right, its never a good thing to argue with a customer. It is always in the best interest of the seller to try and make thing right just for reputation sake even if your out a couple of bucks, Good deeds always pay off in the end.

I Just Wanted To Let Everybody Know. I Try To Please Each And Everyone Of My Customers The Best I Can.but Some Of Them You Just Can't Please. In One Of The Last Post I Spoke To Gcsreptiles And I Am Replacing The Leaftail That Died A Few Days Later After He Recieved Them. Right Now I Am Just Waiting On My Shipment To Come In.i Try To Make As Many Customers Happy So They Will Come Back To Me.i Am Really Not Trying To Go Back And Forth On The Boi.i Had A Few Bad Shipment With Piss Poor Packaging. I Know. Well What Can You Do Now. At Least All Of Those Reptiles Made It There Alive.
I Am In Florida So The Company That I Use To Buy The Insluated Boxes And The Heat Packs From Shut Down Because Of Being Destroyed In The Hurricane.i Am Trying To Find Another Company.

I ordered some Phelsuma from them and I was very happy with the animals, other than they were misidentified...I was sold them as Phelsuma comorensis, whereas they are P.v-nigra comeorensis (spell.??). I was not happy with the shipping methods at all, but the animals got here on time and alive and alert. They are wonderful animals though. I would work on the shipping methods a bit as well as identification. Thanks.Leland

I have dealt with unhappy customers of theirs in the form of pet stores. I can tell you that I know of two stores in their back yard of Fl. that won't deal with them and there sales tactics are a little rough on the edges.
Mike my roof blew off in the huricane and I still sent all my shipments out with heat packs and insulated boxes. When I ran out I waited until I had the supplies to send them in a healthy manner. The problem you are having is that you are in the business for the money and not the animals. There are alot of guys out there like you and it is a shame. I have heard of your operation from someone who visited your place and what I heard was a little wholesale shop kinda of setup. The problem is, we as a industry, excuse the way wholesale shops setup their animals because they have so many. That is a crap excuse and it is especially crap when you don't have 10,000 animals.
