So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I apologize for the gap in my response. Oh no another 1 month gap. Ha!
I really can't believe how fast time goes by. I have been trying to finish up my undergrad research and put together my portfolio and thesis, so I can graduate by December. Enough with the excuses here is my follow up. Oh and Chris still has not cleared up the issue between us. Not that I expect to get what I am owed now anyway....

I have also contacted him through my email. Like I said, I have those to prove it. I warned him before I posted this that I was going to go public with my complaints if I didn’t hear back from him.
I emailed Chris several times through my Yahoo account and through Myspace and had not heard from him since sometime in the middle of May 2008. I also tried both of the email accounts I had for him.
In May, when I last talked to him, he kept telling me that the weather was not warm enough and so I waited until June and tried him again…. No response from Chris.
So then in July I tried him again. I was like well now he will probably tell me it’s too hot… Kinda like he told me his friend has a het pied carpet python…. (Ask him about that rustydoleson.) This is when I told him I would spread the word about this fraud.
I also replied to one of his Myspace bulletins in early July when he was selling more animals. I was willing by that time to take anything for the outstanding trade. Even if I didn’t want to keep them myself I could sell them or trade them.
The reason many of our posts were with Myspace is because I get notified when my “friends” post bulletins or add new pictures or whatever. So it was easier to keep in touch there. But I do also have our email communications.

How is that proof when Jim said he didn’t know why Chris was trying to get an albino? Also again I did try to get a hold of Chris through two of his email accounts and through Myspace. If he was trying to get me a snake why did he not send me a message or CALL ME to tell me that? I sent him a receipt for our trade with my contact info on it. (Note to self from now on I will include the customers PHONE # and email address on the receipt, not just my own) I also told you already that I lost the piece of paper with chris’s phone number. Also come to think of it I had his number programmed into my old cell phone, because one of the snakes I got from him wasn’t eating and I wanted some advice. When I accidentally washed my phone in a pair of jeans I lost all of my contacts. I remember sending out a mass email to everyone asking for their numbers again. I’ll have to look for that email to see if I sent it to Chris as well.
Also Rusty I’m fairly confident that his phone number was not on the “Boaholic!!!” or “Captain Chuggars House of A**” myspace profile. I guess I’m dumb or maybe or lack of punctuation is hard to read, but why is it that Chris can’t get on here and tell his side of the story? Didn’t I read that you were using his computer? How is it that he posted the Hog Island boas for sale Aug 30th 2008 on Reptile Geeks? How is it that after this thread was started and after Nick posted the link to those pictures, Chris’ profile was made private on Myspace?
Also how is it that if Chris was having computer issues he was able to post all those animals for sale? I replied to several of those posts…. Most of the time I received excuses as to why the animals of interest could not be sent out to fill our trade agreement. Other times I receive no response at all. I looked at this hoping to see that Meghan had finally gotten what Chris owed her. It's doesn't surprise me that nothing has changed. If anything it looks like Rusty has just gotten stupider. I just reread the last 10 pages of this and Meghan hasn't mentioned anything about an animal not eating.
YES. The "male/ female" pair of Nicaraguan boas was miss sexed. I had them sexed, but it took me a few weeks to get them in to see my vet. If I remember correctly Chris only guarantees his snakes for a few days and live arrival. I didn't complain to him then, so I guess I have no right to complain now. I would like to warn others to make sure to sex any snakes or other animals they are getting from Chris or anybody for that matter in the time allotted by the guarantees stated by the seller.
They were both boys. So I sold them. No big deal, but obviously Rusty cares very much and Chris dosen't seem to care at all. Or is Rusty the same person as Chris?
The little hypo het Anery boa did not eat for a few weeks after he was shipped out, so I did talk to Chris over the phone asking him for any tips. I wasn't too worried because the picture he had up of the little guy was of him eating a pinkie. Chris told me to give him some B vitamin of some sort, I can't recall exactly. Anyway a few days later he ate all on his own. What is your point? In the context, I was explaining why I had his number in my old phone. I wasn't really complaining, but you are quite defensive for someone who isn't even involved. I think the more we talk about what happened the more little things like that are going to come out about why I should not have done business with Chris. There are more things that bothered me about my dealings with Chris, but the reason I posted on here is cuz I never got my snake. Not to analyze everything and pick it all apart, which I love to do if you couldn't tell. If you really would like me to voice some of my other concerns by all mean keep asking!

I went back and reread your post #44, It makes more sense now. It really is hard to understand when you don't spell right and don't use punctuation. So Rusty, if you are not Chris then how would you know that he has a picture if the snake he sold me eating? Or do you just know every picture of his snakes? I still have a copy of that photo if you would like me to save you the trouble and post it.

i but alot of snakes from time to time and im new to this forum so could someone please tell me what store or online website this chris guy or rusty guy has so i know not to purchase anything from these goofballs. it would be gratefully appreciated, and as to the post i think this lady deserves and is entitled to what she is owed and if not made right by the scum that ripped her off i think this should be made available to all reptile forums to keep the losers from being able to sell anywheres.

obviously you are computer illiterate or just thinks everyone else is. i can change my ip at any given time and so could anyone else that has computer knowledge. or to make it fast and simple all you have to do is re-route the router to another computer or use your cable/dsl box and configure a new ip or the old fashion way of just configure your computers ip. its not hard and it doesnt mean just because your ip's doesnt match that you arent the one and same on the same computer or using a computer at home and at his business. most people that run at home businesses has 2 computer that arent networked together. also you can have a desktop and a laptop computer thus having seperate ip's. i mean come on before name calling and making a statement about an ip atleast know what you're talking about before making an arse out of yourself.
