Well David, I am sure there are people who had "normal" interaction with Sloan also. What she is doing RIGHT NOW is shady. I could give a rat's behind what she was like BEFORE all this happened. She has done nothing to prove her innocence or who she is. In my book, she's as bad as Sloan for her part in this fiasco....

Since we know RogerF is Sloan (it was apparent from his very first post IMO) let's get some facts out of him.

1. Please prove you sent snakes to Marissa/Lisa/Whatshername? One would think you have a documentation/receipt of some sort.

2. How about a little easier, please prove you even had the said snakes in your possession prior to sending to whoever. Who did you purchase them from?

I know it was said in emails that both sides of the transaction mention the snakes were sent. So I'd like to see some proof about the snakes. Someone *cough Sloan/RogerF* please shed some light on this.

I was given a choice by sloan. patternless bullsnakes or payment for snakes. as I said before I would not get him the patternless bullsnakes or any using my name which in turn made him very, very, aggressive/crazy. I asked for proof of the amount for the snakes. this also made him crazy and he refused to show me proof.

When you say that you would not get him the bullsnakes .... what made you change your mind or stop you ? Because in your emails to purchase from me you went as far as telling me the payment will be sent.

Marissa Miller posted pics of the three snakes Sloan sent her on both RG and thetegu.com. They were a red tail boa, a tiger retic and a super tiger retic that was exceptional. Simple math....nice red tails go for 50-150 add shipping and your up to 200 easy. A tiger retic goes for 150-600 add shipping and you figure it our. The super tigers go for 350 to 750 add shipping....this deal easily adds up to the 1000 Sloan is claiming. Does it matter if he traded gilas or other herps for them - no it does not. The value is the same no matter what. Marissa got the snakes we know for a fact because she posted it all over the net \"from the love of her life\". Jim has confirmed she tried to buy bulls from him. Now she has the snakes and does not want to pay up. She should either pay him or return them. What is the big deal ? She is a greedy whore. She keeps playing the damsel in distress card with everyone saying Sloan has threatened her and her girls - prove it. Post his threats here. Keep in mind she has edited every one of his posts. He has said he has not contacted her other than in reply to thetegu.com. If he threatened her daughter - post it here for us to see. She will not because she is a liar and a crook. I have seen Sloan\'s posts numerous times on thetegu.com where he states clearly he never threatened her or her girls and went further to state he would never go near her or her girls. So where is the threat here. I have yet to see one. Also, if Marissa really believed her girls were in danger, why not show the threats to the police and file a complaint. She did not file any complaints I suspect because there are no posts about it. If she did - post those complaints here or post the case number every police dept. gives you when a complaint is filed. She can\'t cause she never files any. Also, if she feels her girls are in danger, why the hell are they still on RG and thetegu.com posting messages to Sloan ? Stupid for sure, but also nothing threatening from Sloan.

The bottom line on this deal is that Marissa miller got into a net relationship with Sloan. They made a deal. She got cold feet and decided to just keep his snakes. She is a liar and crook trying to play on our sympathies to get justification to keep them from the herp community. Granted Sloan is a head case, but she is not any better in my opinion and should pay up or return them to him. Just my .02 worth. But since I am said to be Sloan, I\'m sure that will preceed any rational thought or response here.

I believe you are correct, Jim. She got all friendly and cozy with Sloan. They had a nice little thing going. They talked on the phone, exchanged hot photos, emails, she gave him her address, etc.

He sent her the 3 snakes so she would get the bullsnakes for him. Since she doesn't have any money to buy the bullsnakes, she obviously could not. But she got what she wanted out of the deal, which were the snakes she'd been (by her own words) "drooling over for a long time", so then it was time to pull the plug. But it backfired.
She can't reveal her real name because she obviously has to hide it... but not because of Sloan, because of something(s) else. She even just said she didn't want to buy the bullsnakes in her name!
She screwed up and now wants to be bailed out.

And we are just beating a dead horse over and over and over. We know the story, we know she's a liar, we know exactly what Sloan is. Frankly, this is getting old. She's been advised what the SMART thing to do is, yet she continues to come here for more attention. Now she's even bringing in other people from theTegu to speak on her behalf! Too funny!
She's obviously not as smart as her "character witness" (and that alone is comedy!) would try to convince us she is. Hell, we know better anyway.

The posted threats are earlier in this thread, and have been confirmed by one of the mods from Fauna, as he stated he SAW them posted as they were posted.
The email from Sloan(you) states that the snakes were gifts, and that nothing was expected in return. Again, earlier in the thread.
No one needs to repost that. Unless you actually have information, rather than unsubstaniated reports, that no one except YOU seems to be able to find online by the way... then you're not contributing anything but angst. Angelrose is putting out plenty of angst all on her on.
Either post as Sloan, or post real info that's relevant.
Angelrose, if you aren't going to post any relevant info, then let it freakin die. You're only dragging others through the mud with you at this point. Either go to the cops, or live with it, or send the snakes back, or whatever. The internets do not need more melodrama.
