Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Just be ready to explain it to a judge how you withheld returning the snakes and never showed proof that any died and filed a non-delivery report to rob money from me and filed bogus reports with fish and game authorities for harassment.

I think we will settle for around 10K in damages you crook.

I also plan to file the papers and post them on this thread and on another thread under your name so anyone will be able to research your name and see that you have been sued for robbery, defamation, fraud, and many other things.
 
There is not a single lawyer that would be stupid enough to file suit given the tangible evidence I've provided, the unbecoming manner in which you've handled yourself here and your lack of tangible evidence and repeated changes in your story. not to mention your reputation precedes you whereas mine is squeaky clean (hell I used to work for the Feds:USFWS) but go ahead and try as you will only be setting yourself up for a counter suit for damages and filing a frivolous lawsuit. in which case until then
 
You will have to prove that you received 4 unsat snakes - you have only the proof of one snake that arrived with blisters. The others were fine and you robbed them thief.

You will have to prove you bought them from me despite they were the sole property and possession of Mr. Miller.

You will have to explain yourself after his and my sworn testimony that you refused to return the goods after dozens of attempts to get the animals back. You are doomed thief.

You will have to prove that you tried to return the items for a refund - you have no evidence.

You will have to justify why you stole 3 good snakes and filed a report of non-delivery with the FBI.

You will have to provide sufficient evidence why you sent a report to my fish and game department to harass and why you tried to defame on a public forum after robbing the snakes and my money. You have no just cause.

On the request of Dan as a favor I sent Juan four blue file snakes, personal specimens I held back for myself and son. One arrived DOA (the smallest & bluest male), the other three arrived alive. Juan was upset that the females were not very blue (as he was told before, the males are more blue). He wanted new snakes and I requested he send back the three animals to me. The three animals were never returned despite talking to Juan as Juan was not available (in Alaska) and his roommate never returned my calls when I called to set everything up for them to be returned. I even offered to pay to have them shipped back to me as well as sending any supplies they would need to ship them safely back. Once returned to me I (Justyn Miller) was going to supply new specimens to Juan to replace the animals I supplied him.

This is proof of what? Justyn Miller all of a sudden wants to re-explore the past regarding this deal despite telling Juan that what he emailed him was "personal" and "not legal" to display on the BOI/public forum? You didn't even get creative and post email tags. You didn't quote it/bold it/anything. And we're supposed to believe this is a genuine email? I don't even know how anyone could believe it was at this point. And even if it was, knowing who it comes from, does it make a whole lot of difference? Your story about the events changed so much throughout the past 31 pages, any lawyer willing to read through this thread (which you claim YOURS did already) would be insane to even consider defending you considering how painfully stupid you were in this thread and callous you were to EVERY OTHER PERSON posting in the thread.

You posted next to NOTHING in terms of emails/information/evidence regarding the case and Juan supplied all that he could. Then you claim he's intentionally "leaving out" stuff - well if he is, post it? Do you know how else I know you've got nothing in the way of a lawyer's defense yet?? Because you're still posting, and anyone smart enough to handle a criminal suit would have told you to cease posting here because you make a remarkably dumb behind out of yourself with every post that you make. Dan can you please repost the email from Justyn with the email header. Juan already post one from him so its not like your going to give away his email address. Its just looks fake as hell from any point of view. I can write a paragraph from Hiedi Klum telling me how much she wants me and post it here but doesn't make it real.

I don't have emails from July but its obvious Mr. Liar Garcia changed the dates on them.

He posts an email saying I have them and sends the money the next day or something but I did not have any and his email was weeks earlier when I did.

His entire story is a lie.
 
Does anybody else find it highly suspicious that even though Dan has been adamant about keeping track of what’s going on on this thread for the past couple of days he received his supposed “proof” at 6pm on 3/6/09 but didn’t post it until 3am the next day? What is that 9 hours later?
Secondly this email contains statements which are once again not backed up by any hard evidence and is are by another character of questionable reputation
As to your charge that I’m fabricating evidence is once again just another attempt to weasel your way out of guilt with baseless assertions.
 
I submit that the header of that email was taken from an email where Justyn probably told Dan he wanted nothing to do with this situation which is supported by the emails he sent to me. I took Dan the next 9 hours to figure out he could write his own email body and paste the header of another to fabricate this email which regardless proves nothing since it's not backed by hard evidence.

Did I not already make a point earlier in this thread when I was wondering what was taken Dan so long to provide the evidence he said he was going to?

ie. either he didn't have any evidence or he didn't have any evidence and was in the process of fabricating some
 
Dan please go ahead and be stupid and sue me using this email as part of your evidence so I can then have the appropriate law enforcement agencies look into this email of yours and determine it's validity as they would have the ability to determine it's true nature. Like I said before fabricating evidence is probably the most idiotic thing you could do but given the circumstances I wouldn't put it past you.
 
Not to worry Dan as there is a very simple solution this problem. Since Justyn has apparently chosen to take part in this dispute have him come on here personally, make his statements and provide appropriate proof. Sorry Dan but one dubious individual communicating through another dubious individual just exponentially increases the chances this is all B.S.

It is in fact possible to copy an email, paste it onto a word document, alter it and then paste it on to here but in it not possible to alter emails within an account, at least not in hotmail and then have them forwarded

There is perhaps no ceiling to the damages you attempted to harm my company with your fabricated story and changing dates on emails to make it look like you got snakes that I advertised. I am sure my attorney will negotiate a fine settlement with your attorney.
