    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Wow!!!!! Thanks i had no idea. I offered that guy double his money back upon arrival of the other 5 back. I could not find any heat packs at the time and wanted him to wait he lied to me about the temp and wanted me ship anyway said i scammed him so i shipped. I found out what had happen and tried to fix it he just wanted to curse me like a dog. Finally i got sick of it. I have learned over the year that you can't please everyone! Blake

As far as I'm concerned, your comments mean nothing. What I don't understand is how you can come on here and defend someone else, but you can't come on here and defend yourself. I highlighted one of your remarks in red in your quote. Sure, we should help to defend people if they deserve it, but why couldn't you defend yourself, after all, don't you have an obligation to yourself?

Nothing childish about my statements. I highlighted a part of your quote in red, the reason I did, is because that is what I expected you to say.
 
Really dont have time to read through this entire thread.... but have to put my 2 cents in. Me and Lou did a trade earlier in the year when Miami was down in the 40's and way colder around his way. He shipped a pastave ball python with just 1 heat pack, it was shipped in a very proffesional manner. Its kinda hard for me to believe he put 3 heat packs in there....
BUT there is no proof either way

Regardless, for both parties it is unfortunate that there were no guidelines through a website or term and conditions. This might be a lesson learned to set these up if you are going to be making transactions, especially when shipping live reptiles.

But thanks for all the concern to a situation that doesnt involve u nor that you have any facts about I thought that BOI what this is all about facts right. That is what i thought and i apoligize that you all had to hear all this mess. Night everyone Blake

Interesting.....

I was hoping someone a little more active here would have had some experience with Lou and his shipping methods. Seems odd he would use 1 heat pack to ship a pastave in the winter then decide to use 3 while shipping a spider to an area with highs around 85. Then again I also thought it was odd that the OP didn't notice 2 additional heatpacks in the bottom of an empty box for a few days when it seems he needed something to pin it on the seller and not him missing a delivery...... makes one wonder......:rolleyes:

Maybe because the addition heat packs were under the newspaper and I was to focused on a dead snake to be looking for easter eggs on newspaper. I tried not to reply anymore but geez people do you read what you type.

But we are giving you a chance to deal with it and make it right. That's why I bumped it up to the top, so that you could find it easier and deal with it. You came and commented on it, but didn't attempt to deal with it though. :shrug01:

When did my story change 3 times? I said when I was going to threw out the box a heat pack fell out of it. So if i didnt see the heat pack when i picked up the box it was in the paper or under the paper. As I said the other 2 were taped top and bottom.

You keep reading statements and picking and choosing words to catch me in some kind of lie you guys have put together in your head.

Whether the second one was in or under the newspaper I would have had to go look for it to find it anyway.

So if you get off by call me a ruhtard and quoting the Hangover to feel better about yourself the BOI is the last place you need to be right now.
 
whether I said in or under technically if a heat pack is in newspaper its also under it anyway so nothing I said changed but nitpickers of the word unite on this forum.

Pav seriously does my wording of under or in really make my story change all that much that you can call me a ruhtard? Its still under the paper and if you read my original threah I said that the second heat pack fell out which would constitute of it being in or under the paper because you couldn't see it when the box was opened up.

I could understand if I said the heat pack was wrapped in paper but no that wasnt the case.

I just dont think I believe the 3 heat pack thing anymore. It doesnt make sense to me how a second heat pack that was under the newspaper fell out as you were carrying the box out, since by your own admission, you didn't disturb the box or packing in order to tend to your dead snake...feel me?

I'm still left wondering why Lou didn't just use a 7 or 12 hour heat pack with temps in the 80s on the receiving side? 40 hour heat pack in with a snake that was a large amount of the volume of the package..... am I the only one not suprised the animal didn't make it? I think both parties screwed the perverbial pooch on this one and truly hope both learn from it if nothing else....

Bro when did I ever say that I carried the box out anywhere I said i picked up the box and a heat pack fell. did I ever say i took out all the newspaper? The pick show newspaper but thats wasnt all of it. Its whatever at this point because I have tried contacting Lou and even Lou hasn't gotten back to Dean either.
