I understand of the endangerment of the kids with the poisonous is wrong I'll agree with you, and agree that it was bad to have them in a bad shelter, but he did a perfection transaction with me with no flaw! As they say, "Even a broken clock can be right twice a day." The man obviously has animals to deal with...so from time to time, a legitimate transaction may take place. But it's beyond me how ANYone can look at the mountain of evidence that shows beyond any reasonable doubt that the people/business in question is more than willing to break laws, neglect animals and rip people off indiscriminately....and then just brush aside all that evidence as meaningless based on one successful transaction?

Go ahead and do business with him again. But don't be surprised (or expect the least bit of pity) when you catch him at a time where he desperately needs money...or is just downright greedy...where he sells the same snake to five different people and you don't happen to be the one it gets shipped to that time around....or if you end up with a box full of dead or near-dead animals when your transaction didn't happen to coincide with him receiving fresh stock from somewhere else and you get leftover dregs that have been sitting in his "facilities" too long.
 
Well don't worry I'll be posting the proof as each transaction happens people, and for now like I said I'll have my trust for him since he kept in touch, and everything! By everything it means he shipped perfectly with good box and paperwork, so yea the honesty will be here all the time from me!

Hey Edgar, I don't want to take away from your purchase. I understand you had a good deal and just relating your experience. I know you stated the snakes look great minus one thin but just for your knowledge look at where your snakes came from.

According to the news reports there was no running water? No hot water. How do you think he ever cleaned a cage? With that one water hose they had on the property? Besides that, no sewage.
 
No i haven't breed but the normals is what i'm working on, so I'll let you know as soon as they prove out! :)
And wow they do look bad, but no bad conditions come from them seriously i have my word on it! And yea those pics look pretty bad!

Please do keep us updated and take lots of pics as well. I know that I am not the only one here who wishes you the best of luck with them and, believe it or not, we are happy that you had a good transaction with them regardless of the numerous that havent.

Yes there is some good here but i see more bad. If you remember the process srarted in Floeidai started with "all boas and pythons". Since changed but you know how government works. Once the door opens let all the bugs in. It won't be long until people start reporting about 9-10 ft red tails lose in my apartment complex etc.

About 15 years ago, a neighbor reported to the police that i had a boa about 12 ft long in my house and she was scared and gonna move out of the neighborhood. On morning about 6:30 the police and IDNR were at my door to confiscate this "large" boa. It was roughly 6 ft long and well within city limit laws. Point being she didn't like snakes and was going to do anything she could to get rid of it. I have since moved but this is how the craziness start.

Government has been trying to regulate this business for a long time. Now they have there chance. Don't worry i see breeders having to have permits and then a buyer will have to have one,also. Its coming. When you sell on the internet the seller will be held responsible to make sure the buyer has a permit or the seller will be fined.

Do you really think that the legislators don't have pages and aides watching this thread and others? Then use this later to show the public about the problems and deplorable conditiions these breeders keep these reptiles in. They will use this to fuel the paranoia. We have over 200,000 views already. This maybe an all time high.

The guy that is responsible for this is a scumbag but in time the public will try and lump up all together. Just the nature of the beast. I don't see good things coming from this at all. Tennessee you have to have a $250 permit to breed abd sell corn snakes. When was the last time you heard them destroying the environment or killing people
 
Everybody keeps saying how David Beauchemin ripped people off, but where's the proof? Where are those people that supposedly got ripped off? And if those people do show up, where are the RECEIPTS and PROOF!

Oh wait . its just starting. Big brother is watching. It won't be long until the first arrest due to policing the internet sales. Then everyone will really start screaming. "My rights are being violated." It will be to late fellas. We have no one to blame but ourselves. We have been the first to jump on the bandwagons to point out the scurge but we now will pay the piper.
 
One thing about it being monitored though. People will not be paying hundreds and into the thousands of dollars for a reptile that is wild and unkept. These cages are horrible, the living conditions of the humans were pathetic at best, the poor reptiles had it worse! I'd hate to be someone that paid good money for something that looks wonderful according to their site, only to discover that in fact, the conditions and surroundings weren't suitable for anything that breaths air. I sure hope that anyone who has purchased anything from this couple had the animals checked out thoroughly for diseases before exposing it to humans. Can you imagine the filth that a reptile would have after being around that place? PATHETIC!!:bandhead0:bandhead0

I see your trying to help, and i appreciate that don't get me wrong, but without proof of the receipts how can you really prove this? I mean words themselves can lie to anybody, but the proof is what solves who's the deceiver!
 
It's been proved in other threads that you haven't read though. Old threads. He's been around a while. This is just his fictitious internet big business incorporation thread that got started when it got too hot in other places, so he left. The Incorporation is a lie itself. It's been proved to not exist.

If you're comfortable dealing with people that have false fronts, you'll soon be a victim, I assure you that.
 
Well just to let you know I'm going to deal with him since he's done nothing bad to me, and proved to me to be a great buisness man! If you want to consider me a victim for just posting my good experience with him, so then be it, but i just speak the truth!
