    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yea but was I given the benefit of doubt by a certain few who had their own agenda to discredit me, oh that's right you were one of the few that worked on that agenda.

Now your buddy Adam has proven to be ummm not lets say bad guy, do you have another word for it Sam?

I guess if asking you questions, most of which you avoided, to try and get the actual facts constitutes an agenda, then sure I had one...
I mean I had so much to gain by discrediting you, right? :rolleyes:

And I don't know what is going on with Adam, as I previously stated, but I haven't seen anything "proven" so far in this thread. I wasn't going to come right out and call you a hypocrite, but you do a pretty good job yourself of showing that you are...;)
 
I don't see how Steve's or anybody else past legal issues is relevant to the topic which is Adam stealing money.

Which if anybody wants to contest the term theft I'd say more than two years would show that he has no intentions of giving the money back. There for... THEFT.

Please stay on topic. Whether Joe Blow got in trouble last year and we weren't polite to him or didn't give HIM the benefit of a doubt has nothing to do with the current situation.:(

The OP is owed 5K by a formerly "good guy" that hasn't paid this debt and in fact has ignored it for TWO YEARS. All the while skipping to various shows and doing various other acts that show that he has money and time....:rolleyes:

This is not about giving the benefit of a doubt at this point. This has been dagged on entirely too long, and if it were our money, I am sure all of us would agree.:yesnod:
 
Deb when you become an admin then you can tell me what is or isn't relevant; until then, keep it to yourself, I'm totally uninterested in pretty much anything you have to say, ever....

Since we haven't heard from both parties, nor do we know what may or may not have been agreed upon, it's a bit premature to assign fault, or disparage Adam based on what has been "proven" or not "proven" so far in this thread...

I agree. The issue had already been addressed in Ball-pythons.net and according to what I read, the OP's case was verified.

But we have heard from both parties. The OP is the person owed $5000.00 for not receiving his purchases. Adam has acknowledged owing this money on BP.net Instead Adam has since invested money to start NatPet and continues going to various shows and the OP hasn't seen a dime. Sam if it wasn't Adam and some stranger or someone you didn't like I do believe you would be signing a different tune or even better yet is if you were in the shoes of the OP. :thumbsup:

2 years is theft in my books. Theres really no way to justify it especially claiming to have spent the money.. like "sorry", none of those snakes have held the same price value, so the chances of him getting all his money back from selling them off is slim, IMO :ack2:

Sure there is...but it shouldn't be posted. There is a thread stuck at the top of the BOI which explains this (anonymous third party posting).

And regarding the back and forth between Sam and Steve - the subject of THIS thread is Adam Wysocki. You are both welcome to participate in this thread, as long as you can keep that fact in mind.
 
Yuck. My mind keeps going back to a situation on a bird forum I was a longtime member of. The owner also had a store attached to the forum, and was a good guy for many years. Then he got into some financial trouble and it spiralled down from there. The money that was supposed to be used for orders was used to wine and dine a new boyfriend. He would continue taking new orders just so he could use that money to fill old ones through his supplier, and nothing ever got caught up. He promised a few times that all orders would eventually be filled, or money would be returned. Some received orders, others did not. But we could all see his cavortings on facebook. Couldn't fill or pay back orders yet had the money to go on trips, out to expensive dinners, clubbing, etc. The store did eventually shut down, and his name is ruined.

My apology for the rambling, but this just strikes a chord that's eerily close with me..

I hope that's not what's going on with Adam. I dealt with him a few years ago and he was nothing but prompt and courteous. I do agree, an effort should at least continue to be made even if it can't be resolved right this second. Emails/phone calls go a long way toward showing you're making an effort. Two years is a long time to do nothing but make promises, regardless of a reputation.
 
I agree with Triple Moons and Steve here. Has anyone taken any serious consideration into the fact that Adam may indeed be using NatPet to gain or obtain monies for other financial obligations. How much of this money is actually going to support NatPet and the cause?

I am sure Adam is aware of this thread by now and has not chosen to come here and defend himself in anyway. Maybe he is still too busy.

Either way, in my opinion, Adam has clearly admitted in the fact that the money is owed and has yet to do anything about it, THEFT AND SCAM, are the two words that come to my mind.

Seems to me to be a little hipocritical to be standing up for a cause and professing your loyalty to it when you are stealing and scamming from those you are trying to protect. Clearly someone I dont want standing up for my rights.
 
I for one would like the OP to post some of the emails and proof that he is owed the money, not that I doubt it but it would be nice to see it here and not have to go hunt down a post on another forum where Adam admits owing him money.

Also maybe one of Adams friends or supporters that have posted here could attempt to make contact with him? I'd be interested to know if he responds to a friend but avoids the OP. Maybe even someone going to a show he is going to be at could let him know what's going on here..

I have no problem posting all of this if you want but the idea of starting this thread was actually just to get a response out of Adam. The thread certainly must have got his attention but yet I have still not got hold of him
 
Wow Andrew, being a nice guy about this hasn't gotten you anything, not even a reply. Have you made the other person Adam owes money to about this thread?

Yes he knows about both threads thanks. He actually got a response from Adam on the 26th but I didn't.....Adam seems to be choosing when to respond and when to ignore. I am sure he has read all my emails.
 
Mark, the OP has already proven his case in another thread and forum, and Adam has already admited to owing the money so I see no point in making him do that all over again in this thread.
 
There is a reptile show here in MD monthly. The next one will be on July 10th. Adam is usually there. I will be attending it like I normally do. I will be on the look out for Adam and or his friends. If I do happen to see Adam or them I will be letting them know of this thread, along with that Adam needs to answer Andrew's emails, phone calls, and such.
