In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

    Random RW Albinos

It's a little overcast and these guys don't like it too bright so here they are.

    New Babies Growing Up

A little variety keeps it interesting. These are our first few tangs of the season from a couple different colonies. We're hoping that some orange Bold jungles are in the not too distant future.

    New RWs

These are from two different het-to-het pairings. This season we did mostly het crossings and have not been disappointed.

    Four Years Later

Quite a bit of improvement in only four years. Firewater albinos and a what was considered a "tang " RW just a few seasons ago.

    More RWs

These are from one of our Redstripe RW groupings, the top one is 5 days old and the bottom one is 5 minutes old.

    Firewater

Here's a new pic of our first Firewater hatchling. The color is intensifying so it will be interesting to see in a few months. The smaller one is from a different outcrossed RW tang albino group.

    RW From Tang Hets

This is the first to hatch from a pair of (HG Tang x RW) hets. We'll see in a few months but looks pretty nice for a few days old.

    Brand New Redstripes

This year looks promising so far for Redstripes. The first few are one to two weeks old, the last few (dark ones) hatched this morning and will look like the others after their first shed. We're trying to breed some light background colors back into them so that the stripes don't blend into the...

    A Few New RWs

Here are a few little ones that look promising. All were incubated at 82 degrees, they do lighten up as they grow.

    Thank You

...to one of my seriously talented gecko acquaintances, Pete Velasco. Just received this from him today. He has some shirts on his site with portraits that are so real they're almost spooky. Another great new asset to the reptile community.

    Tang RWs

These girls are in the 30 gram range and I'm curious to see how they'll look with some more size and after breeding stress. The tang parents are the type that keep their color well and I want to see some albinos that look as good at three years as they did at this size with minimal fading. Some...

    COLOR fading

Why do some lines fade out as they age while others intensify ? We're all familiar with the "here's a picture of him when he was younger" ads. The animal on the left, purchased at 20 grams in Daytona two years ago was screaming orange, body and tail. The three year old on the right was a nice...

    A Few Pics

New camera (they kinda break if you drop them), natural light and a few willing subjects. Redstripes and Rainglows struttin' their stuff.

    What's With These Spots ??

Surely all of you that produce more than a few geckos run across these random blotches of intense color on your animals. I guess they're heavy concentrations of "chromatophores" according to di Vosjoli / Tremper's excellent book. Any opinions on whether we can selectively breed to increase these...
