    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

    Pastel/Snow question

    I have a Sundial Reptile coral male who I am considering finding a mate. I liked his mothers look (Blanca) who is what I believe a pastel. I am wondering what is the real difference between a pastel and a snow. And does nail color indicate one or the other? Also I would like to raise the...

    My only Snow project...

    There are some amazing snow projects out their and I can't wait to see what you all come up with. The closest I think I will come to any snows is traveling up the hill a ways to Alta Ca which is about 45 minutes away from Tahoe. It was the kids first snow and boy did they have a blast. Keep...

    LV Stipe for next year breeding

    This guy will sit around and grow this year but I plan to see what he can do next year come breeding time. This next guy will also be waiting for next year. I really like his pattern. Both were incubated for females but turned out males. Oh well they are so nice I'll hold on to them and...

    What would you call it...

    Just wondering... I was calling this a dorsal stripe tang a month ago but it keeps getting darker. Would anyone call this a red stripe? I've contacted the breeder to see if there are any reds stripe in its genes. Thanks for any opinions! Joyce

    LV Breeder showing cool colors

    This girl is looking great after a full year of breeding. So great that when I had her out the other day I saw all this golden or tang coloration on both of her sides. This is a first for me, a female gaining better coloration after a breeding season. This is her second year of breeding and I...

    Picture of first ever hatched

    This is a picture of my first gecko I ever hatched. He hatched in 1999 from my first HY pair. Incubated him in a deli cup, in sand, on the warm side of his parents enclosure. Talk about a newbie move. I have moved on over the years and have a small to medium collection with real nice geckos...
