I Just caught this snake on my back porch, can anyone identify it?

That's a normally colored cornsnake.

No, he's not venomous. In fact, if you'll leave him in your back yard, he'll take care of field mice for you better than any cat ever thought about! You might even catch a glimpse of him every now and then.
