Male & Female Aldabra Tortoise Pair over 28 inches young breeding pair.

I brought these animals in from Mauritius as a young breeding pair.
They are approximately 17 years old.

I was going to grow them up the next few years and breed them.
But I had an opportunity to get some older animals,
so I am letting these go

I have had tremendous success importing animals from their Islands for breeding purposes.

The animal size and age are the biggest indicators when it comes to likelihood of production. USA raised Aldabras grow much faster than their counterparts in their natural habitats. Domestically raised Aldabra males or even females can be far too young to actually breed, but yet look large enough to breed. This is the advantage to imported young breeding animals over domestically raised animals

If your goal is to breed in as short a time as possible, then these are the animals for you.

If your goal is a large pet, I also have large Aldabras which are younger and much cheaper.
