So we have Sweating eggs, Bad Egg, Good Eggs what about the Furry Eggs?

Thought it would be helpful to show an example of a molding egg. Good example for an egg that had an embryo die in the early stages of incubation. Found the eggs a little late, didn’t expect one of my first time breeders to lay eggs a little less than 2 weeks in. They were fertile but dented in pretty bad when I found them, now kind of glow a muddy color with a light tint of green. (YUM)

If you have some pictures of furry eggs why not post them. (wish I could have gotten a better picture of the spores)

If you would have caught me two weeks ago I would have taken a picture of mold growing on an infertile egg for the group of pictures with all the other egg shots I took this week. I threw them out last week though... bummer.

That's a nice picture you got too, but you can't see the fuzzyness too much. It's unfortunate that you got mold on a fertile egg though... would have prefered to happen to an infertile egg though.

I was pretty sure these were infertile but I incubated them just in case and alas the mold. I always put my I think they are infertile in a seperte container and these are pretty fuzzy and now in the trash.

It actually wasnt furry/fuzzy more of growing spores first, looks weird.

LOL thats where they started. I would have rather them to have been infertile as well.

Ah, the variety of molding. Great pics guys. Anyone have a couple photos of some freshly laid infertile eggs? That would be helpful to some others as well.
