Shipping your new reptile:
We ship all our animals FEDEX overnight priority. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school. We highly recommend picking up from the fedex hub no matter the season. This will avoid the animal having to ride on a fedex truck before reaching your address. Pickup must be before 12pm to use our live arrival guarantee. We ship Monday - Thursday and will schedule a safe ship date for your purchase with you.

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE if you are having the box delivered to your door or our Live arrival guarantee is VOID.

We pack your reptiles in the most safe and efficient way possible. All animals are shipped in a styro-foam lined insulated cardboard box used specifically for shipping live reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
