On using others' photos for online ads

I bumped into a very helpful flow chart that can be used to determine whether someone else's photo can be reposted for one's own use (as in online herp classifieds). It was created by Curtis Newbold, Associate Professor of Communication at Westminster College in Salt Lake City.
