I’ve heard the military had cell phones 20 years before the technology was public knowledge. They have also been able to control the weather since world war 2. What ever capabilities we think the military has, the truth is probably unimaginable to us. My theory is most of these videos are not extraterrestrials but more likely to be military craft maybe U.S. maybe another nation maybe both or maybe extraterrestrial too.
