I need helping selecting a turtle for my moms bday
 

So my moms eastern box turtle recently passed away, and I want to get her another one. What turtles are there with similar care to box turtles?

How about another box turtle? Or tell us where you mother lives, is this a inside or outside pet, what is her habitat set up like? What does she do for heat, water, food? Basically give us lots of information if you want any kind of an informed answer.
