"...manage a snake infestation..."
We get a fair number of snakes in the basement in the fall (hatchling fox snakes, mostly) and I manage them by replacing the mouse snap traps with glue traps until the snakes are settled away (snakes can be removed from glue traps with vegetable oil), so they don't get hurt accidentally. Timber rattlers' range doesn't extend to Montgomery county, so there's not even that (dumb, but common) excuse. |

I was going to post this Monday at work but couldn't remember my fauna pass then totally forgot about it. My ex brother in law almost did this back in 1971 in Orlando Fla. He and my sister had a load of Eastern Coachwhips living under wood and concrete pile right next to house. My ex bil thought they might as well have been mambas. I can still hear my dad asking him what the hell was wrong with him, lol. I was like 11 years old.

Per https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...tters-out.html at least one snake made it out alive.
