Tell it to be quiet
 

The chocolate candy in the pantry, 5 packages of it, is beckoning to me. It was bought for the benefit of any possible trick or treaters so it needs to just be quiet until Monday.......

Threaten it! "If you don't shut up, I'll eat you".
That'll teach it !! Many a chocolate in my house dearly regretted not being quiet :hehe:

And yes-I've resorted to the "punishment by eating", too.

I keep a stash of PMS chocolate for myself and my daughter, and it KNOWS it's for certain times of the month, yet it beckons us and mocks us.

A house full of hormonal females is NOT a healthy environment...even for the other women...and without chocolate, it can be downright ugly...and dangerous!!

One KitKat bar talked back, and is gone now, that'll teach it :D

No trick-or-treaters (my one block long street is mostly older folks)so that means I get all the chocolate!!!!!!:D

I smell something hinky. It seems to me that you would have known that your street was mostly old people.

Sounds like you went out and bought all that chocolate knowing there would be no trick-or-treaters, just so you could chow down on all of it yourself!!

It's one thing to have a stash for "emergencies", but in your case, it sounds like HOARDING!!!
