If your daytime temperatures are 95F or above, live arrival is guaranteed if you choose Express or Overnight and package is signed for on first delivery attempt.

A heat pack is put in the box for shipping to destination in temps below 32F. A cold pack is put in the box for temps above 95F. Express mail is recommended if night temps at destination are below 40F or daytime temps are 95 or above.

I add a generous over count of roaches with each order to accommodate for any losses during shipping. Let me know within 24 hours if more than 25% loss upon arrival. Also some roaches may molt(shed) during transit and the skin (if not eaten) may look like a dead roach. Please check closely to see that it is a shed and not a dead roach.

I ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
