How do you give someone karma? How exactly does karma work?

See the scales icon under your user name and basic info, the lower left next to the red/white "report post" icon.Mouse over it and it will hightlight Karma for user

click on the http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/foru...reputation.gif under the user's info to give karma for the post.

Does a new member need a certain number of posts to leave positive karma?

I think that anyone can leave positive karma. If they haven't accumulated any karma points of their own, it'll be little more than a symbolic act, as they don't have any points to give.

Yes...but I don't remember what that number is. I want to say 100.

Forward to today. I cannot leave karma. My scale icon is not where it used to be. Looking at all post of recent, no one has the scales for me to leave karma. Any ideas? I’m using my iPhone. It’s a 6s if that matters.
