Eastern & Western Hogs together?
Can an Easern and Western Hognose live together with no problems?

I'm not sure the exact answer, but the easterns will grow to sizes larger than the westerns. I don't know if easterns have a tendency toward eating other snakes.
However, most people here will ask you why you want to house them together. In the end, the best answer is to house snakes separately. You may need to verify, but I believe they have different husbandry conditions that need to be taken into consideration (ie. temerature, humidity, etc.) |
Thanks for the info. I'm astablishing a nice big terrarium for my hogs and would be nice if they would live together. I don't want to take any chances unless I'm absolutely sure. I can't see them eating each other but you never know. Thanks

yeh...its a little difficult to say...maybe they wont eat eachother...but they may not get along. just second guessin here.

Could be risky - my adult female was once caught in the act of attempting to eat her male partner ... they used to be kept together in the store before I bought her. Fortunately for both snakes she had only just begun to get him so they managed to get him out.
