Again, delayed due to Hurricane Earl in VA and other Eastern states declaring state of emergency - could not ship! Everything looks clear on my and your end for Tuesday Sept 7 - due to labor day Monday Sept 6.

Once again you have failed to deliver on what you said you would. I have an e-mail saying you would wire me a refund which i have yet to reieve. And an e-mail saying you would ship the snakes by wednesday (september 1) and it is 2 pm my time thursday, overnight deliveries do not come past 12 pm here. So i know you have not sent them along with any of the shipping info. So i will keep calling your phone until you pick up. Once i am able to take legal action be sure that i will request that your former boss from guitar center to help me out. When i called your cell number and someone answerd the phone saying that they were the manager of giutar center I looked up the real guitar centers number in your area. I find it too much of a coincedence that when i spoke to the real manager the name was the same and when i asked if he knew of a pedro perez he sqaid yes and hat they fired you a long time ago. I told him the number i called to get in contact with you and he verified with me that that was your cell number.So i didnt make a mistake in who i was calling because you picked up and pretended to be GC several times. Then he told me that he spoke to you about the situation and you said you would contact me AND HAVE YET TO DO SO.

The snakes were fed and could not be shipped!!! I told you this!!! Week 1: UPS held shipments due to wildfires in the area. I assumed FEDEX was the same, and it was more costly. I am not a seller making enormous amount of money to be able to afford a loss of $50 more or less on FEDEX.

Week 2: You asked for a refund, I said NO. You said you were moving because you were having gf/wife issues and may not have a place to live. I felt bad because I myself was in a similar situation, and you told me my problems were not yours to care for and you demanded your money back. I told you all sales final as per my terms on my website. I did not have an address to ship to since you told me you would not be at either of the two addresses you sent to me! But now you're saying to me you need the money for your family, and your gf texted me saying she was pregnant - and I thought you had split and looking for a place to go?! All this has nothing to do with me and makes no sense whatsoever. If you simply made an "impulse" buy on these snakes, that is not my problem!

Week 3: Weather hiked to 100+ degrees - once again, as per my terms I will not ship over 90 degrees! Ask any breeder/seller about their terms on this, and it will be the same everywhere!

That means u must have made one big mistake in sending me this message"I know, there's been another delay AGAIN and will refund your money instead.This time, UPS has a weather delay at the main hub - can't ship anything until wildfires are controlled. I do not need the snakes an entire month after i paid for them, I need my money I have a baby due this month and half of my rent is missing because of all this b.s. You knew that UPS had delays in my area to ship, and one of the hubs was re-scheduling shipments due to wildfires in California. You were ok with that one-week delay. Then, when the UPS hold was removed, you changed your mind! You have my cell phone, but I cannot answer while at work and you leave me blank messages with background noise only. The snakes will be shipped no later than next Wednesday Sept 1, 2010 - weather permitting, our temps here are 100+ degrees and cannot ship - ask any other breeder/seller, they will not ship until weather permits. This is beyond my control. Thank you.

This guy is an adsolute fraud gave me the number to a guitar store and pretended as if he was the manager when i called. Dont have anything to do with this guy and im pretty sure he has a couple of accounts on here.

No when you lost contact with me the first time you said you would just refund my money instead. Then when you finally got in contact with me you said that you would ship them and i agreed to accept. Then I called you the next day and told you that i would need the refund instead. I still have the message you left on my voice mail saying that you would be able to refund my money and you wouldn't be able to do it until Monday and you would call me hours after i spoke to you. I have all the messages saved of us putting together this deal and me giving you my address on numerous occasions, and asking for your number several times and not receiving it. you even called and asked me where i wanted it shipped and that you would cover the extra cost for the weight limits. So i don't know what you think is going on because this text that you just sent me today saying "I know you are upset. But, I thought you received my email last week stating I could not refund your money. I did not want to explain to you why I could not, because I didn't think it would be relevant. I will be going threw divorce soon and by selling you these snakes. I used the payment for a deposit on a small studio apt. The snakes continue to be fed weekly, but I need to know that you will be o.k receiving them". I e-mailed you last week, the boas are ready to go. I cannot refund your money two weeks later, I need a shipping address like I asked you before and can only ship Mon, Tue and Wed.

I apologize but I am not completely at fault here, I cannot send my snakes to an address that may or may not be ok to ship. As much as I wanna help with your family emergency in refunding your money, I am unable to as the money has already been used in other priorities of my life at this time. Thank you.

I have yet to recieve a call from you for the money i was supposed to be refunded for the dumeril boas. It has been almost 2 weeks since you said you would contact me. I have called you and left messages and have got no return call. This is very unprofessional, I understand that you might be having some communication issues but this is rediculous. please contact me ASAP.
