Its ok on not getting back to me asap because I have been busy on this end too. It is possible that the second clutch is also infertile. You should be able to see a small blood spot inside of the eggs with in 24 to 48 hours. With my girls, its there as soon as they lay. Wait a few days and then candle them again just to make sure. If there is no blood spot or veins, then put them in a baggy and set them in the freezer to make sure. Only do that if there is NOTHING. Just had a friend go through the same thing with her female too. More then likely the male might be shooting blanks. If he is, then there might be some health issues you might want to look into with him. If he was a rescue then you might want to have him vet checked. Let me know what happens. As for the girls, I am soo happy to hear they are doing really well. The lucys mom Daphney had me really scared for 2 weeks because she started laying eggs, but she held them in to long. I didnt know she was gravid again, so I put her in with the other girls and it caused stress issues. She is now in her own enclosure and finally passed the last three eggs, but I had to throw the eggs out. I didnt care as long as she was ok. She is putting back on the weight and doing great, so thank god for that. She is my baby first and foremost. So I know what you mean when you say you were busy. LOL
