In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

    My new pastel male

I just purchased this male pastel on Wednesday. I hadn't intended to buy any more snakes right now, but the guy I get most of them from had just gotten this little guy in and I'm a sucker for balls. I'm very excited cause this is my first actual proven ball morph (I have a 100% het for pied...

    What happened? Red tail dead.

I am so distraught. The gorgeous little red tail I posted a picture of a couple weeks ago (under Look! Purchased our first boas!) is dead. I went in tonight to check on her and she was laying there, dead. It must have happened within the last few hours because there was no rigor yet. We had...

    Look! Purchased our first boas!

My husband and I have purchased our first boas. We had corns, balls, kings and milks, but he was interested in rainbow boas and I really like red tails, so we decided to get both (well, somehow he ended up with 2 rainbows). The first 2 pics are of the same female red tail. She is very light...

    Banana? High yellow? Confused

I have acquired two kingsnake babies. They are being sold to me as high yellow, but I am confused as to if high yellow is a term used with kings, or if they are banana kings, or even high white (though they are more yellowish than white). Here are pics (please excuse the bluriness o9f the...

    Lost kingsnake quickly found

I posted here last month how I jad my first clutch of kingsnakes here. Well, this morning, I was checking their show boxes to see if they had eaten the mouse I had left for each overnight. As I checked for the mice, I checked each snake as well. The last box I checked is my one hatchling that...

Pics of my first ever hatchlings!!

Here are the pics of my first ever hatchlings from my Cal Kings. She laid 8 eggs, 2 babies died in the eggs, and these 6 hatched. We are so excited for our first ever snake babies. 4 are being sold, one kept by us, and one given to my brother-in-law who has provided us with so much of his...

Red Tail a good first boa?

I am interested in getting a boa within the next couple of months. My husband loves sand boas, and I do like the fact that they stay pretty small. I, however, have become quite interested in red tails, and am considering buying one of them. This would be our first boa, though we own many...

    Eggs denting

My kingsnake laid her first clutch of fertile eggs this year, and they should be hatching any day now. The only problem is, a few have started to dent in places. Is this normal in the period right before hatching, or is something wrong with those eggs all of a sudden? I just noticed this...

    New leos!

I am very excited - I just got 4 new leos today. I don't want to post pictures unless I am sure I can do it here...I'm not familiar with the rules on posting pics. Is it only in the photo gallery forum? Anyway, I got a jungle baby (unsure of sex yet) a jungle male and a jungle female who will...

What morph leo should I get?

Tomorrow my local reptile supplier is getting in a shipment of relatively high-end leopard geckos. He says there will be some tangerines, and I'm not sure what else. I want to start breeding, and I was wondering what I should look for the pair with the males I already own (I am probably...

Leo bit her cagemate. Need help please

I got 2 female leos today, almost full grown, same size. I put them in the same enclosure, and witnessed them laying together beside the humid hide earlier. Just now I was feeding them mealworms. The one wouldn't eat anything, but the other eas eating like a champ when it bit the non-eating...

    Bufallo, NY show aquisitions

I got back from the Buffalo show not too long ago...small, but nice for my first show. My fiance and I ended up with 7 new reptiles. We got 3 pygmy chameleons (2 females and a male), a pictus gecko, 2 baby bearded dragons (hopefully 1 is male to eventually mate with my adult female), and a...

Help Needed!!! White lined gecko eggs

My white lined gecko laid two eggs last night, which are stuck to the glass. Problem is, I can't find any info on how to care for the eggs beyond leaving them stuck to the glass. Has anyone sucessfully cared for white line eggs before that can help me out? I am at a loss here.
