• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.
  • Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Neotropical bird snake - Phrynonax poecilonotus

I happen to think I have a pretty good life, but what makes you say that I'm a loser? Perhaps you could provide some detail, rather than vague insults?

Neotropical bird snake - Phrynonax poecilonotus

That's not at all what I said. How could it be? You made no previous mention of "being apart of AHH and working with numerous other keepers on improving the atrocious welfare of reptiles"- which may or may not be an exaggeration anyway. The hypocrisy in this statement is what is hilarious...

Neotropical bird snake - Phrynonax poecilonotus

I find that when people routinely criticize other herp keepers husbandry publicly online, the motivation for doing so is rarely out of concern for the animals, as they usually claim. Instead, they criticize in part because they erroneously believe it makes them appear more knowledgeable, and in...

Looking for anyone in the US with Savu Island pythons, preferably breeding age.

I work with this species, and currently have three that are seven months old. They are unsexed, and my plan was to hold them until spring before offering them for sale, but feel free to pm me if you'd like to have a conversation. You probably already know this, but there is an adult pair being...

    Crocodile on Sanibel Island, FL

It looks like an alligator to me, too. Maybe the angle of the photo is making the snout appear narrow. However, it does appear that there is a population of crocs established on Sanibel Island.

    New Transport Company

Where I come from, a "dick move" is going on to someone else's ad, trashing them and calling them names, and making false assumptions about them and their motives- despite not actually knowing anything about them. FYI, nearly every business has some form of competition. While I have no idea...
