• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

    Good Guy Millcreek Constrictors/Jason Van Hyfte/vanhyfte24

    I just purchased a wonderful Enchi girl from Jason. He was considerate and professional in all of our communications, and was prompt to answer any questions I had regarding her. He packaged her very neatly with styrofoam insulation, a heat pack taped to the top of the inside, and some cushion...

    Scale rot?

    Hey guys I was handling and inspecting one of my snakes today and saw a few scales that look a tad off near his cloaca (he's a baby). I'm not sure what this might be...??? I've checked and rechecked his temps and humidity. They're fine. Nothing spilled or is wet in his enclosure either.

    Genetic Black Backs: Your Thoughts

    Hey guys, I've seen some incredible pictures of genetic black backs -- beautiful snakes in my opinion. But when I've gone to World of Ball Pythons to check out anything people have done with them, it's pretty much ALWAYS broken up the back. And even in pictures of the base morph itself there are...

    Good Guy Todd Smith ([email protected])

    I've seen both good and bad BOI's on him, but they were really old. I just received a gorgeous Banana/Fire ball python from him today and would like to share my experience. I contacted him about the snake in question and he responded promptly. I had a very strict timeline to keep, and he worked...

    Question about typical business practices

    Do people show pictures of an animal in an ad, then ship you a DIFFERENT animal of the same type? If so, how common is this "problem"? I only ask because I paid a price I wouldn't normally, except that the snake in the photo of the ad was -- to me -- of superior quality to ones I'd previously...

    Hey there from NC

    Hello everyone, my name is Zack (but of course you know that already). I've always loved snakes but never owned one until about a year and a half ago. I have a beautiful male Lavendar Albino California King, a feisty female California King, a lovely Pied ball python, and a wild Fireglow...
