    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

    New 100 Flower Ratsnake, Fresh Import, should I force feed/deworm?

    I picked up two hundred flower rat snakes (AKA Moellendorff's Rat Snakes) form White Plains last weekend from Outback Reptiles. I knew they were fresh imports but I took a chance as they are a favorite species of mine. They were decent weight for fresh imports and pretty active. I figured I...

    I am looking for an adult male Red phase african house snake. An import is fine as long as it's accepting food. LTC is preferred though. Please let me know what you have. (I would be interested in an extra female as well if anyone is looking to part with one).

    I am setting up a large paludarium, a Brackish tank simulating a mangrove environment. It's going to house Archer Fish, Mudskippers, Mono's, Scats, and Stone Fish. Since I need to keep the water at least a foot down from the top of the tank so the archers can spit at their food, and to...

    "The Lizard King" (Hamburg PA's public debut in the NY post)!

    This was published in the NY post on Aug 3, 2008 (one day after the Hamburg PA show). It's not a good thing IMO. The author probably knows nothing about reptiles as usual. http://www.nypost.com/seven/08032008/postopinion/postopbooks/the_lizard_king_122755.htm?page=2 [/i]
