I've own this tortoise for over 2 years, Its in great health.
However it does have one eye that does not fully open but does not affect him/her in any way. This tortoise hatched this way, with that being said this is the most nicest color Bolivian red foot that I've seen. It has Bright yellow spots on its shell, and a solid bright Yellow head. So Cool, I bought this tortoise from turtle source. He or she is about 6 inches long.
