In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hahaha, Ty wishes. Notice how he invents reasons for why he can't even try to do it when told he should. He's aware he'd never be able to compete with it so trying would be a waste of time and effort.

I'm not, but I don't care about him at all beyond whether or not he makes things right in the end, forced or not.
He could fall off the planet tomorrow and I'd only wonder which next of kin will have to make that check out to the OP. Well that and how crazy it is that he fell off the planet into space.
Ty Parks running a reptile website, the thought boggles the mind. Forums which need someone intelligent, sensitive, fair with moderators to match. Especially a forum such as the BOI where there are many times strong conflicting opinions and personalities and none of that friction (which is good at exposing the truth) gets erased.
In my opinion he would be a massive fail as the admin of a reptile site, not because of his lack of reptile experience, but because of the personality defects and lack of the concept of basic fairness he has displayed throughout this issue with Michelle.

His public posts used to allow anyone to comment but now he shit that off.
So when he makes a public post only his friends/ groupies can comment.
He blocked me a while ago too.
all his posts are one sided, his twisted versions and misleading because he chooses the parts he wants to post. Like the dismissal he said it was dismissed because they saw all the proof, (not true) then says that I keep telling people that asked for it to be dismissed . Imo implying I am a liar. (But it is true that it was dismissed without prejudice at MY request!!

I assume your lawyer knows about this upcoming auction where he is auctioning off YOUR tegu ? That should be enough to tell the whole story.
What possible excuse will he usee for auctioning that animal instead of giving it to you ?

One excuse might be impending litigation? The OP and Ty, the accused (guilty party), can't legally interact at that capacity.
But with impending litigation, he should not be disposing of the, at this point legally speaking, alleged prize.
Actually, Ty could show up at court, tegu or cash in hand, OP could accept it, and they could agree to drop it all. Then they'd all go for into the court room, the lawyers would state "mutual agreement/ satisfaction," and request all litigation be closed, with no further recourse for any person.

Parks wouldn't last three minutes with Judy. He'd piss his pants right in front of everyone in the courtroom . JJ would see right through him as soon as she laid eyes on him.
Michelle should be so lucky to get someone who'd rip Parks a new one like Judy would. Not only do I want to see Michelle get everything that's coming to her but want to see Parks embarrassed and made an example of in a big way.
