Darn that was a BIG piece of birthday cake Connie gave me to eat today. And right after a BIG seafood dinner, too. I feel like I need to just curl up underneath a sheet of plywood or something and wait for it to get digested. Glad I didn't take her up on her putting a big scoop of ice cream on that cake too.
I'm going to hate seeing the number on the bathroom scale tomorrow morning.
