I'm in Asian. I purchased some spotted turtles from a US dealer and they submitted the paperwork to USFW in 05/11. But the dealer told me they never heard a word form USFW. The phone recording from USFW says they are backlogged as much as 90 days and working on permits as fast as they can. The dealer resubmitted the paperwork again for me in 06/02 and still heard nothing till today.

Is this normal? It needs more than 3 months to import animals from US?
