I used to deal with a lot of WC animals...not all of them were treated for parasites. Some species were automatically done, others depended on the condition of the animal. In some cases, it depended on where I got the animals. I keep Panacur and Flagyl on hand, and address other specific concerns with my vet.
As for cost to you, unless you have a good relationship with your vet, figure on an office visit charge (often on a per animal basis), fecal testing, and drugs. Since fees vary so much from place to place, my best recommendation would be to call your vet's office and ask what they charge.
