FaunaClassifieds - View Single Post - wondering if my business name is already in use.

thanks, i want to keep it short and simple. i googled and Yahoo'd it, and found nothing, so i guess i can claim it as my business name? am i supposed to have it trademarked or copyrighted? i don't exactly know. it will be a gecko business and mostly online.
