Breeding reptiles is a labor of love - sometimes intensive labor - and it seems perhaps a little unlikely that you will be able to get a hobbyist to part with a fertile clutch from his snake or lizard. Even if you indeed did so, it might be challenging to get the clutch to survive shipment - they really do throw those boxes.
If you go to a newsstand and purchase a copy of Outdoor Life or Field & Stream magazine, you will find in the classified section in the back ads for inexpensive fertile quail eggs, along with the appropriate incubator if you need one.
