    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Here is a thread that concerned my business, it's a long read but if you pay close attention to the dates and time lines you'll see through the confusion.
And it made the newspaper 6 months later with no pics of abuse.

Steve, out of curiosity, do you have an expected end date for this whole thing? Final trial date or whatever? I realize the state likes to take it's time with these things, but I man, it's been over a year!

Sorry but I don't see it as a dumb question, Steve was talking about this in another thread and I thought it best to continue it in the proper thread.

Steve I read the whole thread. what shocked me was you abandoning all the animals in your shop after the utilities were shut off.

If thats the case we both know thats more than wrong......thats a crime!

I said it was a dumb question because if you had read the thread, you would know he's denying the charges. :shrug01:
 
Bottom line.....

Shop keepers called the landlord and the police to complain about a generator that was running to supply power to his store. You cant run a store like that. When you cant run a store like that you pack up and go, you are done, you are out of business, period, end of story. Take the animals home, keep them warm and keep them fed, pay your rent, pay your utility bills, get the store back functioning properly and bring the animals back in.

Chuck plans were made and some animals moved out before this all went down. Thanks for being more considerate :thumbsup:

The key word is SOME animals, not all. Its not like you left a tadpole behind and a beta fish in a cup.

And plans are great to have in hand in the event something should go wrong. But something was going wrong and then you had to come up with a plan.

And so that was a problem for authorities. They did not care what master plan you came up with to fix it, they only knew what plan you did not have that caused the condition and the violations for them to be there .

And well then it all came unraveled and you...........ran.
 
I can't understand the pressures that someone can be under to leave caged animals locked in with no way of fending for their selves. caged animals such as snakes and the like can not survive with out our constant attention, feeding them, making sure they have clean water in with them and probably most important is having the proper temps(heat).

Steve what insurmountable pressures forced you to run from your shop and let those animals slowly wither away?

Basically the normal things in life that you or I or any other normal responsible adult get hit with and are expected to handle and take care of. Taxes, credit card bills, rent, utility bills, cost of living, child support, etc etc...

I just don't understand why it is when you know you are failing in business and cant even pay your child support, why continue? Why not just get a job? Why not just face the facts that you don't have what it takes to succeed in business? Why do the kids have to suffer? Is it laziness? Is it not wanting to answer to a boss? Is it not wanting to work hard? What is it?

What part of having to claim chapter 13 doesn't tell you that you have a higher debt to income ratio? Jesus, get a job, get two jobs.

Has anything been resolved? will you update us all?

I recently met with my public defender for the first time and the state dropped most of the charges without any negotiations or plea. :yesnod:

My public defender reviewed the case and said there seemed to be a Abuse of Power in this case and also that my Civil Liberties were severely violated. :yesnod:

My public defender has also hired a private investigator for this case so there you have it.

That's all I'm going to say for now.

Did he mention anything about your control or power or possibly the civil liberties of all the animals you left in the cages to freeze to death?
 
Hey Ed i would think you would be busy trying to answer the questions in any of the multiple bad guy threads you have instead of pulling up old threads to try to divert the attention from yourself. :eek:

Ill give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you didn't read it all. But Steve has stated many times that they were not left unattended. Or as you put it "left in the cages to freeze to death". I believe he stated that his wife(?) Took proper care of animals as best she could in his absence.

So he will have his day in court ED... Court= Where both sides present their evidence and leave it up to a jury of their peers to decide( kind of like the BOI) Getting the picture yet?
