There is no way anyone is scooping any chunk of personal cash from this, both the grant source and the University oversight will make sure of that. Great for the turtles that money will help keep them going! Not like here in Wisconsin where the construction/development industry successfully lobbied the DNR to delist the Blanding's and make it cheaper to push them towards extinction!
