I have a Savannah Monitor that is around 18" long. It is very easy to handle, and does not bite. It is feeding on Superworms, ground turkey, and frozen thawed or pre-killed mice.
It is missing a couple of nails, it has been missing them since a baby due to a bad shed and has a very minor tail nip. Overall healthy monitor.
