If not bruises, do you think they may be some sort of burn? That was my first thought, but perhaps try asking in the 'General Health Issues' section for more opinions. Someone may recommend you look into silver sulfadiazine if it is, but I think a good vet who can actually look at the animals in person won't be beat. No offense meant, but the picture of it's neck is sorta hard to make out... A photo of the boa's mouth might help too. I'd be concerned about an infection or issues feeding since that's a bit of a sensitive area.

I applaud you for taking them in and giving them a home though, not everyone can properly care for critters so large. Sorry I can't help more, but I'm wishing them the best! Hope they do well for you and heal smoothly~
