Me too. Actually I have to be careful that my basement isn't too cold. We have a room we call the freezer because there is a chest freezer in it. However, in the winter time it could be called that for the temperature, which can get down to below 40 degrees.
If I keep the door to the guest bedroom closed that room stays about 45-50 degrees all winter.
