would need to see the whole tale to be sure (I have seen MANY "female" sulcatas turn out to be males recently)
this is a girl that is over 40 lbs, and barely has any tail. (it is pretty much pointed at the camera)
if it is much bigger than a Hershey's kiss, it is a boy.
