I have Good News And Bad News
The Good news is, I got my first hatchling. The bad news is It is not alive.
It's a few days past the eggs due date. The other day, one of the eggs began to cave in. I thought is was going bad and infertile just like the others that did the same thing turned out to be. But I gave it a couple days and watched it carefully just incase. So Today I decided that the egg must be infertile and I was about to toss it. But i Decided to cut it open before doing so just to see. I only expected to find mush like I have in the past. But I found a fully formed decesed little baby. The other egg from that clutch is not caved in or moldy but it is about 5 days past the due date. I am keeping my hopes up that This one will make it. Any Ideas as to what went wrong?
