Yea he's doing great, ate a small crab, some shrimp and pellets. Only weird behavior is that he spends alot of time at the surface and If I approach while hes basking he doesnt jump in and rocket to the bottom like a painted turtle would but instead lazily crawls into the water and swims a few laps at the surface
