I use rodent chow, with sunflower seeds and cracked corn mixed in. By spitting I meant that they are producing plenty of young. They are in my basement with the temps from 65-70 degrees. The colonies have only been together for about 2-3 weeks now, so more time may be the key. Thanks for the help, Al
