Kathleen, I'm sorry you are in such a bind. I have heard that many of the large pharmaceutical companies have programs that help with the cost. Perhaps if you contact Merck that can help with the Januvia during the 90 day waiting period. Thinking of you, and hoping you find a program that can help.
