I'm not sure if your membership status prohibits pictures. However, if they're allowed, you should be able to scroll down after you've typed your post (before you hit submit) and under "Additional Options" select "Manage Attachments" to upload pics from your computer. The other option is to click on the pic icon in the menu bar just above the text box and insert a URL for an image.
