Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

hdavidf309	Crested female VIRGIN with eggs? WTF? Okay so there was a bit of a surprise last night while weighing geckos when i noticed that my VIRGIN female (produced and raised by me) had a little bit of a hard spot in her belly. As I have worked with this species for years i have learned how to feel for eggs in thier tummy and after another "feel test", it seems that not only does she have eggs in there, but they are fully (or almost fully) developed. She has spent the last 3 nights digging and burying herself in her laybox too. How in the world is this a possibility??! I cave had cases of gravid females with infertile eggs that have been bred, I have had cases of gravid female with FERTILE eggs being bred before, but NEVER this happening. Any theories/thoughts, anyone???
