    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

WOW........And here I thought u were the one stalking Matt .......My bad I guess......But lets recap anyways .........Just for fun .......

1st u sold Matt an Amazon Basin for $3500.00 that arrived with a smashed up face and resp infection which he returned and u refunded ......Then u sold Matt a 3/4 dead ,injected with SQ fluids and Paramyxo infected ETB for $2500.00 which u never made good on ......Now being fully embarrassed with getting caught for being a HUGE rip off artist u have threatened Matt with the following....

That u are sueing him for libel and harrassment .........Working with Fish and Wildlife to put Matt in jail for smuggling ..........Having ur friends threaten physical harm and entering Matts house .......the stalking bull...... trying to ruin his business .......Not to mention all the disgusting pics u have posted using Matts face ......

God ......and to think that Matt thought of u as a friend at one point ........But even when u were pretending to be friends with him u were going behind his back and telling other how u were "playing" him just to get nice animals .......Sure does tell alot about who u are .......

So when is this all going to end ???????

About the feedback system...

I have just added the following addendum to the Rules for posting on the BOI page:

FaunaClassifieds Feedback System Abuse.

When I implemented the feedback system for registered members here, I was fully aware of the possibility of abuse by some users. No way around this problem, unforunately, but I felt that implementing it had more positives then negatives. Also just as unfortunately, determining who is abusing the system is not always going to be an easy matter to determine.

Anyone who is determined by me (as impartially as possible) will be immediately suspended and fined. While it is certainly possible that I will make a mistake, the rebuttal that "so and so is doing it too", will not be an acceptable defense. This will be my call to make, based on my determination of the circumstances involved.

About the only warning someone may get is if I decide to just delete some bogus negative OR positive feedback points. Please take that as your ONLY warning that you are walking on thin ice.

Thanks for being objective and for getting rid of the 'problem'. I don't think that kind of childish stuff is what this forum was meant for anyway.
 
I do not think it is fare that my one neg. feed back was left up when it states that I tried to steal a animal and rip Tim off. When I never attempted to steal or rip him off.
I only told a white lie to piss him off and ruffle his feathers because he was threatening me for 5 days straight and he also tried to send Bobby to come in my house and take it with out someone being here.

maybe you should fully think before acting.. you chose to intentionally defraud a seller... whatever excuse you can justify it is meaningless because you intentionally defrauded a seller.

Live with your consequences.. because what Tim posted was exactly what you did.. you tried to steal the animal.

And anyone with a half a brain and knows this deal would know what I tried to do. but those that do not know the whole deal behind this will not understand

And for me not being serious and for just trying to ruffle Tims feathers be cause he was threatening me, and for me to say those things because I was pissed because what tim was doing does not mean I would have gone through with stealing tims un breedable size snake.
So is it fare to me ? NO because it is not true that I tried to steal the snake it was just a hot temper i got after the hurasment.

You do not seem to realise that I admitted to doing this, and I did it out of frustration for Tim and Bobby threatening me, it was a bad choice of words I DID NOT TRY TO STEAL OR RIP TIM OFF, IT WAS FUC//ING WORDS A$$ HOLE.

And Rich if you do not like my choice of wording then fine toss me out, fine me $ I do not care anymore.

first it was 1.1 chondro's that was 2 males then it was Tim bad mouthing me behind my back then it was Tim sending me a aniaml that was not represented then it was Tim making me pay for it and also Tim sending a animal from his collection were a animal was tested possitive for a deadly virus and it put my collection at risk and then it was Tim who gets to make me look like the bad guy again !!!! well.. now that I have stopped laughing.. lets attempt to decipher whatever language that was that you wrote that post in.

So.. since you only threatned the life of the snake and lied about its whereabouts.. and didn't actually cause harm to it... its okay then? Yea.. that makes sense... verdict=bad guy

now.. its hard to read that one long sentance.. but.. I will try... if you were so worried about the supposed virus.. how come you never got the snake tested??? Now.. I have already seen your reply on this issue.. what was it.. oh yea... your reply of how do I know you didn't get it tested.. well.. thats a qood question.. if you did get it tested... why didn't you post the results.. I am sure if the test came back positive for the virus it would have been posted on every forum you know of... so.. what really happened is 1) you got the snake tested and it came back negative or 2) you were never worried about the virus to begin with so you never got the snake tested at all. Which one is it?

I told webslave a few months back that I would stop posting on the Tim/Matt problems because of the way the debate was changing (vulgarity).. but I will say.. there is more information then what has been brought to light...considering only Matt's version is what everyone is basing their ideas off of (and its the only version posted on here.. so.. its not unreasonable to think that). One day.. I hope the truth is out there for all to know....
 
So what has/is provented/proventing Tim from explaining his side of this story. The only time he has ever posted was to add fuel to a fire...

If he were actually to come and post like an adult, maybe this would have gone somewhere....but now, I don't know what creditability he has left...

I am not 100% sure.. but.. I believe if you read back through the posts.. he stopped posting when Matt brought up legal actions. Tim's legal counsel advised him to no longer publically post what information he has on this case Matt decides to still pursue a lawsuit in Ohio. While it is not fun for the discussion here... its does make sense.
